  Our facilities are secure and safe.  But sometimes unexpected things happen. If you current insurance company doesn’t cover all of your belongings when they’re stored outside your home you may want to consider protecting yourself with our specially designed self storage insurance. It will protect you against many common hazards, including flood, fire, lightning, windstorm, hail, burglary, vandalism or explosion. Ask our staff for more details.
• Mail Boxes Rentals.
  You can create your business or residential identity by having your own suite number. You have 24 hr. access to pick up your mail. We will also take delivery of important items for you and you can arrange for items to be picked up too.

  At Key Storage we understand the importance of security and peace of mind to our customers. Securing our customer’s belongings is our priority.
  Both our facilities have 24 hour Video Surveillance and our buildings are fully alarmed on a nightly basis.
  Each customer is provided with a individualized computerized security access code. The code is needed to gain access through both gate and at the main loading/unloading areas. The code also allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.
  Both our facilities are well lit and fully fenced.
  We sell maximum security locks.
• Buildings are fire sprinklered and have fire extinguishers throughout.
  Should the unlikelihood of a fire occur the fire sprinklers would go off only in the area of the incident preventing water damage to other units.
• We don't charge for unused rent. You get your money back (prorated) if you leave early.
• Climate Controlled Storage. Climate control storage space is offered at both facilities. Climate controlled space will reduce the chance for humidity and mildew type problems. We offer both heated and some air conditioned units.
• Our 200 Suntract Road location has both ground level and dock level loading & unloading.
